Lee M. LeBouef joined Leake & Andersson as an Associate in 2018. He became a Partner on January, 1, 2023. His practice focuses primarily on Workers’ Compensation, Torts and General Liability and Construction.

Lee represents employers, insurance carriers, and third –party administrators in simple and complex workers’ compensation matters as well as subrogation cases. He publishes the monthly Louisiana Workers’ Comp Review. In his Workers’ Compensation Practice, he represents companies in a wide range of industries, including temporary employers, industrial plant owners, and construction companies, among others. He has represented a wide range of construction clients in diverse cases including design professionals, general contractors, sub-contractors, and owners. He also represents Defendants in general liability cases, including auto accidents, slip/trip and falls, and property damage cases.

Lee is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana, and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association. Lee is active in ALFA International’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group and the Future Leaders Forum.

In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his wife, Reney, and their daughter, Julian Michel. Lee also enjoys playing golf, travelling, and watching the Saints, LSU and Nicholls State football with friends. Lee is originally from Thibodaux, Louisiana, but has called the New Orleans area home since 2017.
