Cristin is an associate of Leake & Andersson, LLP whose practice focuses primarily on products liability and insurance defense. Cristin, a New Orleans Native, graduated with a Bachelor in Arts and Sciences from Louisiana State University in 2001and then graduated from the College of Law, Loyola University of New Orleans in 2005. During her time at Loyola, Cristin participated in the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and served as President of the Association of Women Law Students from 2004-2005.
Cristin’s practice has primarily focused on civil litigation in the private arena and she has also worked as a legal consultant for the Women’s Business Center in Lafayette. Cristin is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Louisiana and she is also licensed to practice in New York and Georgia. Cristin is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Georgia State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Bordelon is currently a representative for the Louisiana State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Through her position she serves on the Access to Justice Committee and on the ABA YLD Finance Board. Cristin also serves on the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Civil Justice Center and the Advisory Board for the Legal Innovators of Tomorrow Fellowship Program. Cristin is currently a fellow of the Louisiana Bar Foundation and has been selected as 2015 class member for the Emerging Philanthropists of New Orleans.
