Drafts and counsels clients on employment policies, personnel matters, employment practices issues, and compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. Drafts and negotiates employment, non-competition, non-solicitation and trade-secret contracts and agreements. Counsels clients on and litigates claims concerning employment benefits, ERISA, fiduciary liability, disability, occupational safety, and wage and hour disputes.
