Attorneys:

While it is often said that “there are too many lawyers,” Leake & Andersson is always looking for new law school graduates who demonstrate great potential as well as experienced and established attorneys seeking to make a lateral move. Academic background, work experience, demeanor, interpersonal skills and reputation are just a few of the things we take into consideration. We expect our attorneys to be motivated individuals who are willing to tackle challenging cases and other matters, and who have the ability to persuasively express themselves in person, in writing and in the courtroom.

Law Clerks: 

Leake & Andersson typically conducts interviews at all four Louisiana law schools in order to hire summer law clerks to work in our New Orleans and Lafayette offices. We also consider applicants from other law schools. The Firm considers and interviews students who have finished their first or second years of law school. Summer law clerks may work for all or part of the summer. We also have a need for law clerks who work for the Firm on a part-time basis during the school year.
