Stanton Shuler was admitted to practice law in 1988, worked as an associate for Leake & Andersson from 1988-1996, and then became a partner with the firm. Stan has extensive experience in, and his primary practice cases include, drug and medical device product liability, transportation and trucking, and medical and pharmacy malpractice cases. Stan also has considerable experience in handling complex individual, multi-party, class action and multi-district litigation matters in a variety of areas including products liability and environmental toxic tort cases. Stan has a very active practice in both state and federal courts within and outside of the State of Louisiana. Stan has authored several articles in various publications and has spoken on topics within his practice areas.
Stan grew up in New Orleans, graduated from Louisiana State University with honors in 1984, and received his law degree from Louisiana State University in 1988. He currently serves as a steering committee member of various professional organizations including the Defense Research Institute and ALFA International.
Stan is actively involved in the management of the Firm.
