Margaret Swetman is an Associate who began working with Leake & Andersson, LLP after being admitted to practice in 2004.
She is an experienced litigator and practices primarily in commercial and financial lines litigation, including securities investor disputes, professional liability and Hurricane Katrina commercial property loss litigation. Margaret has participated in jury trials for personal injury and product liability cases, and FINRA securities arbitration proceedings.
Margaret graduated from Tulane Law School in 2004. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Russian from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Prior to attending law school, Margaret worked in public policy consulting.
