Represents interstate trucking and carriage companies and common carrier passenger lines both directly and through insurance carriers.  Has a concentrated practice group which litigates claims relating to personal injury, cargo and property, and administrative issues.  Litigates mass tort, class action and other claims relating to the transportation, handling, spill, release, emission and disposal of hazardous materials and substances.
