Sexual Misconduct

Represents employers, churches and other religious associations and organizations, and their insurers, against claims involving sexual abuse or misconduct, including claims of vicarious liability, negligent hiring, retention, supervision and other theories of independent negligence.  Counsels clients on employment practices, personnel matters and compliance with applicable laws and regulations in this area.
