Represents employers and insurers defending against wrongful discharge, discrimination, civil rights, sexual harassment, wage and overtime compliance, use of consumer credit and investigative reports, and employment related charges, proceedings and lawsuits.  Drafts and counsels clients on employment policies, personnel matters, employment practices issues, and compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Drafts and negotiates employment, non-competition, non-solicitation and trade-secret contracts and agreements.  Counsels clients on and litigates claims concerning employment benefits, ERISA, fiduciary liability, disability, occupational safety, and wage and hour disputes.
