Represents and counsels contractors, suppliers, vendors and design professionals on contract negotiations; compliance with federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances; litigating and arbitrating cases involving private, state, and federal construction projects; acting as arbitrators in construction disputes; and, participating as counsel in arbitration proceedings.

The firm represents clients in actions involving malpractice, and professional liability insurance, comprehensive general liability insurance and surety or similar bonds.
